Refund policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is defective or damaged.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a replacement or refund. Items must be unused and in original condition, with tags and packaging, along with proof of purchase.
To report an issue, email jrice1582@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the defect.
If your request is approved, we’ll provide instructions for the return and next steps. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
